PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept all Maryland Medicaid, TRICARE East, Cigna, Aetna, and BlueCross BlueShield (CareFirst).
Learning and Behavior Consulting is considered an out-of-network provider for insurance plans not listed above. However, we accept Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) cards for payment.
Upon request, we can provide itemized receipts or superbills that you may submit to your insurance company to seek reimbursement or use any available out-of-network benefits. During your consultation, we will provide the relevant billing and procedure codes so you can verify coverage directly with your insurance provider. Payment for services is required at the time they are rendered.
In accordance with the No Surprises Act of 2021, clients who are paying privately are entitled to receive a Good Faith Estimate outlining the expected costs of applied behavior analysis (ABA) services. This requirement does not apply to services billed through insurance.

ABA Therapy
Using evidence-based techniques, we provide early intervention and in-home behavioral services to support language development, social-emotional skills, self-help, and effective strategies for managing challenging behaviors.
Caregiver Support
Caregiver training is designed to teach you the necessary strategies to support your child. We also collaborate with your child’s support network, such as teachers, speech therapy, occupational therapy, and other family members.
School Consultation
We offer consultation and training services to help schools support students with a wide range of diagnoses, including autism, developmental delays, ADHD, behavioral and emotional disorders, and neurological conditions.
