Together with families, we develop individualized goals that help children thrive at home, in school, and in the community.

Krysten Clark Wilkes

FOUNDER AND CLINICAL DIRECTOR

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), licensed behavior analyst (LBA-MD), and special education advocate with 10 years of experience supporting children and adolescents with autism, developmental disabilities, and related support needs.

Throughout my career, I have provided services across home, school, community, and clinic settings, helping children build communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills. In addition to my work in behavior analysis, I have advanced training in special education law, instructional design, and research in psychology and education.

As a mother of three, including a child with intellectual and developmental disabilities, I understand both the professional and personal side of this journey. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence-based services that help children build skills, independence, and confidence while empowering the people who support them with practical, individualized strategies.

I believe the best outcomes happen when families, educators, and clinicians work together. Through collaboration, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and individualized support, I strive to help every child reach their fullest potential.
