Registered Behavior Technician (Part-Time)
Position Overview
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) at Learning and Behavior Consulting, you’ll be an important part of our team! You’ll work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with autism, developmental disabilities, and other unique learning needs and behavioral challenges. This is more than just a job—it’s an opportunity to make a real, lasting impact every day, while growing your skills in a supportive and rewarding environment.
Our Story
Learning and Behavior Consulting is a clinician-led organization founded by a mom of a young child with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her personal experience inspired her to create a company where she would feel confident and comfortable having her own child receive services—one that prioritizes quality, flexibility, trust, and strong relationships. We know that families need more than just services; they need partners who truly understand their challenges and celebrate their successes. At Learning and Behavior Consulting, we strive every day to be that kind of organization.
Our Mission
Learning and Behavior Consulting exists to deliver exceptional, compassionate care that truly changes lives. We are driven to provide high-quality ABA services that make a real difference. We know that every child and family deserves a team of confident, highly skilled, and reliable professionals who genuinely care about what they do. That’s why we focus on building strong relationships with every child and family we serve. We also prioritize creating a supportive organizational culture where everyone feels valued and respected; something we know RBTs and BCBAs look for in a company. We invest in helping our staff grow and learn, making sure they feel confident and capable in their roles. By working together with families, educators, and communities, we create a space where everyone can thrive, and where we can achieve meaningful outcomes that last a lifetime.
